Opportunities With Our Team
We regularly recruit for a variety of roles within our surfacing crews and operations teams, including:
- Roller Operatives (plant tickets required)
- Paver Operatives (plant tickets required)
- Screwmen
- Road Surfacing Operatives (valid CSCS card required)
- JCB (180) Drivers
- General Surfacing Labourers
Work may take place throughout Ireland and the UK, so applicants must be willing and able to travel where required.
What We Look For
Successful applicants typically demonstrate:
- Relevant experience in road surfacing or construction
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Flexibility with working hours, including occasional evening or weekend shifts
- A willingness to learn and undertake training
- A full driving licence (advantageous but not essential)
